Scheduling
Therapy sessions are normally scheduled for once a week though some clients may initially find it helpful to meet more frequently. Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length though I do occasionally meet with couples for double sessions (100 minutes).
Consultation
Consultation sessions are 50 minutes and can be scheduled weekly or as needed for identifying therapist parts that may be interfering with the work, exploring difficult cases, and/or to help create movement when the therapy feels stuck.
Fees
Please reach out to me via email or phone to discuss my current rates. I offer a sliding scale for a limited number of clients and therapists who are unable to pay the full fee. I am not currently accepting health insurance but am happy to provide a monthly bill that can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Office Location
My office is located in the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland near the intersection of Hudson and College Avenue. The building has several therapy offices, each with its own individual address. Rockridge BART station is within walking distance to my office and street parking is available.
